01Will the suede survive real use?
Suede is a finish, not a weakness. Every YS GOODS bag is cut from suede-finished leather with the full grain still underneath, which is why it holds a shape instead of collapsing. It will pick up a nap and a slightly softer tone in the first month, and that is the material settling, not damage. Brush it with a dry cloth in one direction and it comes back.
02How do I choose between the ten shapes?
Luna Mini is the smallest at 18 cm and carries a phone, a card case and keys. Vesper is the working size at 26 cm and takes a tablet and an A5 notebook. Nocturne is the slouched shoulder bag at 32 cm and swallows a laptop sleeve. If you carry one bag for everything, start with Vesper.
03What does delivery cost, and how long does it take?
Shipping is $9.90 flat and drops to free the moment your order passes $120. Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours on working days. The US, UK and EU arrive in 5-9 working days with tracking, and the rest of the world in 7-14. A tracking link is emailed at dispatch.
04Can I return a bag I have already used?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery, and that includes pieces you have unpacked and carried around the house. Start the return with your order number and a photo, and we send the label the same day. Non-defective returns come back at the buyer's cost; anything faulty is on us.
05Is the gold hardware going to tarnish?
The hardware is gold-tone plated over solid metal, not painted. It will keep its colour through normal use, and the one thing that dulls it fastest is perfume or hairspray sprayed directly onto the bag. Put scent on first, let it dry, then pick up the bag.
06How do I care for suede in the rain?
Light rain is fine and dries without marking if you let it air dry away from heat. Do not use leather cream, oil or water on the suede surface, and do not put it on a radiator. If it does get soaked, restuff the body with tissue and leave it at room temperature overnight.
07Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide from a single warehouse. Duties and import taxes are set by your own customs authority and are not included in the price, so a US or EU order may attract a small handling charge on arrival. Everything is declared accurately at the true order value.
