By ordering from YS GOODS you accept the terms below. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars and exclude duties and import taxes, which your own customs authority sets. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch and will refund in full if you would rather not proceed.
Delivery
Dispatch is within 24 hours on working days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and once a parcel is with the carrier it is outside our control. If a parcel is lost in transit we replace it or refund it.
Returns
30 days from delivery, on the terms set out on the returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Product descriptions
We describe materials, dimensions and colours as accurately as we can. Screens render colour differently, and suede in particular shifts tone with the light, so a small variation between the photograph and the bag is expected and is not a fault.
Intellectual property
The YS GOODS name, logo, photography and written copy on this site belong to us and may not be reused commercially without written permission.
