  • Wear the strap on the shoulder closest to traffic so the bag faces inward
  • Empty the front zip fully before wiping the interior
  • Store flat, strap tucked inside, in the dust bag

01Does the strap slide off the shoulder?

That was the design brief - the strap is 4 cm wide with a slight texture, and it stays put on wool coats, blazers and cotton. On silk it will still slide, as any flat strap does.

02What actually fits inside?

A large phone, a glasses case, a compact wallet, keys and a lipstick. It is an every-day bag, not a carry-everything bag.

03Is the cream impractical?

Honest answer: cream shows dark denim transfer and scuffs sooner than black. The leather takes cream cleaner polish well if you want to maintain it - or let it patina.

04Can the strap be shortened?

The strap is fixed at a 52 cm drop, sized to sit at high-hip on most frames. It is not adjustable by design - the clean line is the point.
